🔁 Return & Cancellation Policy

🛍️ Return Policy:

English:

Product can only be returned at the time of delivery.

Once the delivery man leaves, return will not be accepted.

Return is only valid if:

The product is damaged or defective.

The wrong product is delivered.


Customer must pay the delivery charge for returning the product.

Returned product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.


বাংলা:

পণ্য কেবলমাত্র ডেলিভারির সময়ই রিটার্ন করা যাবে।

ডেলিভারি ম্যান চলে যাওয়ার পর কোনো রিটার্ন গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়।

রিটার্ন তখনই প্রযোজ্য যদি:

পণ্যটি নষ্ট বা ত্রুটিপূর্ণ হয়।

ভুল পণ্য ডেলিভারি হয়।


রিটার্ন করতে হলে ডেলিভারি চার্জ কাস্টমারকে বহন করতে হবে।

রিটার্নকৃত পণ্যটি অবশ্যই অব্যবহৃত, অধৌত এবং মূল প্যাকেজিংয়ে থাকতে হবে।

For cash-on-delivery orders, refusing the order without reason may lead to order blocking for future purchases.

অর্ডার কনফার্ম হওয়ার পর বাতিল করা যাবে না।

অনুগ্রহ করে অর্ডার কনফার্ম করার আগে ভালোভাবে যাচাই করে নিন।

ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি অর্ডারের ক্ষেত্রে অযৌক্তিকভাবে অর্ডার না নিলে ভবিষ্যতে অর্ডার করতে সমস্যার সম্মুখীন হতে পারেন।
